What that includes

What it does not
- One-to-one personal training, which is priced per coach
- Nutrition coaching as a standalone programme
Both are quoted directly by the coach who would do the work. Ask on your trial and you will get a straight number.
How the trial works
- 1Come by during staffed hours — 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. No appointment.
- 2Say you want the free trial. You will need a name and a phone number, not a card.
- 3Use the whole floor for three days. All 63 pieces of it.
- 4If you want to stay, say so. If you do not, nothing happens and nobody calls you.
